Hostages

Synopsis

When a devastating explosion rocks a London hotel, three strangers are thrust together in a bid to stay safe. Keith, a hapless Uber driver with delusions of heroism. Rochelle, the group’s accidental moral compass. And Charlie, a social media addict whose impulse to overshare might doom them all.

The MET Police have one urgent directive: no contact with the outside world.

But the relentless 24-hour news cycle spins their ordeal, turning speculation into chaos and leaving them questioning what’s real—and who they can trust.

The clock is ticking, tensions are rising, and the hotel room isn’t as empty as they thought…

Hostages takes aim at the modern media circus, the death of truth, and the question no one wants to answer: is social media more important than human lives? (It is.)
